Creating your journey
We feel this initial phase is vital if we are to understanding your desires and your needs. It will allow us to be more precise in developing your journey
We take the time to study your holiday project and will do all that lies within our power to define, with you, the journey that is best suited to your wishes, your availability and your budget.
Our consulting role can cover the choice of a destination, of a type of lodging, a formula, or even a particular resort. Naturally, following this advice is entirely up to you.
We prepare and present a travel proposition which includes the elements defined together and provides details on your specific vacations programme:
- Travel (airline ticketing, transfers, rental vehicles…)
- Lodgings (hotels, residential hotels, villas, lodges…)
- Activities (sporting, cultural, hiking, amusement parks, field trips…)
Once this programme has been approved, we finalise the reservation.
The goal is to work with you to create the journey that suits you best!
Assistance during your stay
The support system was set up to place our services at your entire disposal during your vacations.
It plays a dual role:
- Acting on your behalf as your remote secretary, we will find any information you may need: restaurants, types of businesses, museums, various activities…etc
- This support system is also meant to intervene should a problem arise: when any abnormality is reported concerning the progress of your journey, a counsellor will find the best solution for you.
When you return
Our search for ongoing improvement leads us to consult you on the quality of all the services provided.
In order to measure your degree of satisfaction, we conduct periodic surveys. To this end, all our members and affiliates are invited to complete a questionnaire after each stay.
Your detailed opinion is of fundamental importance for us because it allows us to carry out a very rigorous selection of our various service providers and partners.
Because our policy is based on your satisfaction, we invite you to provide us with any suggestions or ideas you might have.
