We recently became members, but we did not keep all the information we were given.
First of all, you should know that it is quite normal for you not to keep the many elements and advantages that the Eurotel Club product includes.

Absolutely. If you refer a relative, a friend or just an acquaintance through our Referral Programme and they join the Eurotel Club, we will make you a partial refund of your capital, amounting to 800€.
You will receive this amount for each new membership you generate.
The Eurotel Group’s rental process was designed to be as simple as possible, making it easier for you to go through the steps:
A simple letter from you, sent by registered mail to the correct department, is enough for us to take your request into consideration. We will acknowledge receipt of your instruction and will then proceed to take the measures required to deal with this operation with the greatest care.
Eurotel Club gives you the opportunity of acquiring stays/weeks in addition to the tourist period(s) you have put up for rental.
In fact, these supplementary stays are totally independent from the time capital (tourist period) you hold.
You also enjoy strongly negociated rates for these stays.
You can take advantage of this option as often as you want, and still be free to choose your destinations according to availability on the chosen dates.
Thus, through additional stays, you can travel as often as you want each year at very special prices.
Your Eurotel Club product is automatically transmitted to your legal heirs without any inheritance expenses..
To bequeath your Eurotel Club product to a third party or to other beneficiaries, simply send your request, by registered letter, to our Customer Service, who will then contact you and confirm the proper receipt and acceptance of the desired changes.
We will then complete the change in ownership.
In our constant endeavour to adapt to your needs and wishes, we offer you the possibility of using your tourist period for a thalasso stay, a cruise or any other kind of holiday, through Eurotel Travel, Interval Travel or RCI.
Likewise, if you want to keep your tourist period for another stay or for the Rental-Management Programme, you can also use the “supplementary stays” formula, which entitles you, through Eurotel Travel or Interval travel & RCI, to theme holidays (safari, tour, thalasso, golf, cruises, villa, etc.) and much more.
If your schedule does not allow you to take advantage of your tourist period for the year, you are allowed to take it earlier or accumulate it from one year to the next. So you lose none of the benefits of your tourist period.
This way, this flexibility allows you to adapt the use of your holiday capital to your situation or projects.
